Essential Job Functions

Updating information in the system, TMF, C2C, Follow-net, any other system applied to attend customer needs;

Monitoring international ocean and air freight operations;

Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines and carriers;

Interface with internal departments;

Support with import process and following up document control;

Support logistic coordination in administrative and operation routines;

Interface with internal departments 
Other Skills & Abilities
Completed or going higher education in business Administration, Foreign trade, Logistics or related field required;

Previous experience in international Logistics, freight coordination or foreign trade;

Familiarity with international transportation documentation.
