Operations Assistant (Logistics)

Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehousing, or customer service is more preferable.

Requirements

• Time Management
• Documentation skills
• Minimum education SPM or equivalent
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Issue Delivery Order and other relevant delivery documents.
• Arrange transport for incoming and outgoing delivery.
• Update the inventory system on a prompt basis.
• Maintain customers/third party stock card records accurately.
• Issue Goods Return Memo and Credit Note upon requirement.
• Liaise with Marketing Department and assist in sales order arrangements, including issuing Customer Order Forms, checking customer’s PO, and contacting customers.
• Liaise with Store for goods arrangement when necessary.
• Execute instructions from immediate superior.
