Operations Assistant @ Kota Damansara

• Attend customer general inquiries related to the company's services
• Follow up the conversation, instant messaging within schedule
• Performing the online scalp consultation and recommending products and services
• Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Supporting promotional activities, road shows, exhibitions, health seminars, talk
• Executing, updating and recording matters related to new outlets/ outlet details
• Support outlets on POS system utilization and management
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, feedback/complaints
• Servicing accounts of whole Malaysia outlets
• Outlets visit begore or during event, ensure smooth operations towards SOP

Requirements :

• At least 1 years working experience in related field or customer service
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Literacy in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
