Job Description
- Attend customer general inquiries related to the company's services
- Follow up the conversation, instant messaging within schedule
- Performing the online scalp consultation and recommending products and services
- Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Supporting promotional activities, road shows, exhibitions, health seminars, talk
- Executing, updating and recording matters related to new outlets/ outlet details
- Support outlets on POS system utilization and management
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, feedback/complaints
- Servicing accounts of whole Malaysia outlets
- Outlets visit begore or during event, ensure smooth operations towards SOP
Requirements :
- At least 1 years working experience in related field or customer service
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Literacy in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
