Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in operations, HR coordination, warehouse supervision, or personnel management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, timekeeping, and employee relations is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, people management, computer literate, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, highly organized
