Operations Application Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Application Analyst to join our team, working closely with the Operations Applications Lead to deliver high-quality operational and IT support to all staff. This role is pivotal in ensuring that beneficial changes are implemented with minimal disruption to services, while safeguarding operational integrity. By driving seamless support and effective change management, the person will help strengthen our systems and empower staff to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic configuration and application administrative functions (SAX, Jira, E-Claims, Zendesk)
• Provide first and second level operational support for staff
