Operations and Workforce Coordinator

1. Conduct regular plant rounds to monitor workforce discipline, employee presence, and operational behavior across all shifts.
2. Coordinate employee attendance, leave, overtime, and shift-related activities through effective time office management.
3. Ensure proper deployment, attendance verification, and availability of contract manpower as per production and operational requirements.
4. Monitor employee adherence to company policies, workplace discipline, PPE usage, and prohibited substance restrictions inside plant premises.
5. Ensure employees remain in assigned work areas and prevent unauthorized resting, hiding, unnecessary movement, or extended break timings during working hours.
6. Coordinate employee welfare and operational support activities including canteen, transportation, onboarding assistance, biometric access, and basic facility coordination during shifts.
