Job Description
The Operations and Support Engineer provide's technical support and administration across end‑user computing (EUC), Microsoft 365 services, and on‑premises Active Directory environments. He/she is responsible for day‑to‑day operations, incident resolution, system administration, and user access management.
The role ensures service levels are met by maintaining endpoint reliability, managing identity and access, supporting collaboration platforms, and troubleshooting infrastructure issues. The Operations and Support Engineer collaborates with IT teams to implement changes, supports business users with technology needs, and contributes to medium‑term operational improvements.
He/she possesses hands‑on expertise in EUC platforms, Microsoft 365 administration (including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint), and Active Directory services, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and operational excellence.
