The Operations & Planning Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness and execution of the Growth & Policy organization. This position drives operational structure—through processes, tools, and planning—while also providing seamless coordination and support to the Chief Growth & Policy Officer.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is energized by bringing organization, clarity, and discipline to complex work.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Planning
Build, document, and standardize processes, workflows, and team operating rhythms
Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and centralized documentation (e.g., SharePoint)
Support budget tracking, reporting, and resource planning activities
Maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and planning tools
