About the position
Red Berries manages a portfolio of short- and medium-term rental apartments throughout Athens. We're looking for a trustworthy, proactive person who keeps our operations and finances in order — someone who takes responsibility, keeps an eye on everything, and acts without waiting for instructions.
This is a part-time partnership in a freelance status (issuance of an invoice for the provision of services), with the prospect of expansion into full-time employment as the company grows.
What you will do
Track revenue, reconcile payments, and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
Breakdown of expenses per property, collection of invoices and checking that nothing is missing
Paying bills and verifying that supplier charges match the agreed terms
Organization and archiving of real estate contracts, agreements and documents
