Green Light is partnering up with a leading company to Junior Operations Analyst with incident management and must hold a Baseline or NV1 Security clearance to join their team.
 
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage Incident tickets, Change tickets, and Service Requests in ServiceNow.
• Ensure timely resolution and escalation following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Use enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk Enterprise, Extrahop, Sensu, AppDynamics to identify and respond to alerts.
• Analyse and triage issues using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine health checks and system validations.
