Operations Analyst

About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. This person will be responsible for reviewing and resolving negative customer insights and completing operational requests from various teams, including customer support, collections, and sales. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to manage complex billing issues, conduct system audits for compliance and data integrity, and provide critical findings to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Team Support: Review and resolve negative customer insights. Address and complete operational requests submitted by the customer support, collections, and sales teams, primarily through Jira ticket completions.
