Job Description

 Underground Solutions is looking for an experienced  Operations Administrator .
 Underground Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Aegion Corporation, provides infrastructure technologies for water, sewer and conduit applications. Our Fusible PVC products contain a proprietary PVC formulation that, when combined with our patented fusion process, results in a monolithic, fully restrained, gasket-free, leak-free piping system making them the most innovative solutions for pipeline installation and rehabilitation. 
  Responsibilities: 
 Primary responsibilities include the following:
 Administer project set up in ERP system including job creation, contract billing, and uploading of bid sheets
 Prepare weekly timecards, prevailing wage, certified payroll and per diem for field technicians
 Confirm quantities, code invoices and coordinate payment for vendors
