Serco have an exciting opportunity to join their team as Operations Administrator at the IFTC in Durham.

You’ll be ensuring that all operational aspects are managed and reported on in a manner compliant with statutory obligations and Serco’s group standards. The post holder will work closely with colleagues, managers and stakeholders to deliver a well-managed and compliant operation.
Main Accountabilities:
Providing dedicated operational administrative support to Technical IFTC management:

Uploading data to central incident platform

Monitoring and managing the review of Health and Safety related assessments

Maintaining and updating multiple operational excel spreadsheets/online portals
