Operational Trainer

Here at Marlborough Highways we are looking for an Operational Trainer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing the skills, safety, and compliance of our workforce across our growing business. Experience within highways is essential but this could be a great opportunity for someone within an operational role to move onto a new career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-house training courses including LANTRA Traffic Management, Cat, and Genny
• Deliver the weekly Corporate and Health and Safety induction to new employees and sub-contractors ahead of starting their roles with Marlborough Highways
• Create, develop and enhance training materials (including delivery plans, PowerPoint slides, supporting handouts and in-class activity sheets)
• Deliver the quarterly Safe Delivery Briefings at various depots, alongside senior leaders
