Job Responsibilities

The Operational Trainer will serve as the first point of contact for new staff, ensuring they are confident and competent in delivering person‑centred, compassionate care. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and deliver induction and development training against Barchester objectives and training statistics.
• Provide practical, hands‑on training across a variety of subjects.
• Plan and publish training calendars.
