Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Operational Support Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact in maintaining patient record information. You will play a vital role in ensuring prompt and accurate processing of patient information while providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 25–30 inbound calls daily, identify caller needs, and provide solutions or route to the appropriate department.
• Make 40–50 outbound calls to nursing home staff to complete or update patient information before scheduled visits.
• Assist facilities with documentation requests in coordination with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including logging interactions and updating facility details.
• Support general operations through outbound call campaigns, data clean-up, and other administrative tasks.
