Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Support Agent to support maintenance, logistics, inventory, and parts management activities within a fast‑paced industrial environment. The role requires managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for parts using internal systems and catalogs
• Create, manage, and track work orders in SAP, GSI, and SES
• Create new parts within internal systems
• Launch and close inspections using operational tools
• Support billing and documentation related to work orders
• Perform administrative duties including filing and archiving
