Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound tickets related to orders, tracking, and shipping issues
• Update order details, tracking information, and internal records accurately
• Resolve customer queries and standard exceptions as per SOPs
• Escalate complex cases when required
• Maintain proper documentation and internal notes
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

6 month of experience in BPO, customer support, or operations support

• Experience with ticketing tools like Zendesk is preferred ...
