We’re seeking an experienced Business Continuity Manager to join the Banking Department of a major international financial institution. This role is pivotal in strengthening the bank’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience (OR) frameworks, ensuring the organisation is fully prepared to respond to disruptions and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of the bank’s BCM and OR framework in line with UK regulations and global standards.
• Manage and regularly review business continuity and operational resilience policies, plans, and documentation.
• Coordinate Business Impact Analyses (BIA) across departments to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery objectives.
