Job Description We are seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to join our Group Strategy team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Group Strategy and collaborate closely with our Executive Committee.
You will play a key part in owning, running, and continuously improving the company’s operating system on our processes and procedures. The role focuses on clarity, alignment, cadence, and follow through, translating strategic intent into disciplined execution.
To be successful in this role you have strong track record with different operational systems, run independently and always demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.
