Execute, design and evaluate the project journey on the local level. (Project NEXT) Execute and coordinate improvement projects and KAIZEN workshops with the support of the regional Operational Excellence Team. (where needed) Verify new tools & methods, implement and sustain them on the local level Support process owners in the implementation of new tools or the execution of improvement projects Ensure that official tools/reports/systems are used correctly Support/provide general Operational Excellence training on the local level for employees Set up local recognition/gamification in alignment with the regional framework Create/review/implement Good Practices & Participate in KAIZEN workshops in other plants of the region Regular communication to all involved parties in the project, & Create documentation and blogs about project experience/results ...
