Operational Delivery Manager Responsibilities
- Managing large‑scale change projects and more localized issues to a satisfactory resolution.
- Supporting the Head of Operations and wider account team to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
- Developing strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and providing timely responses to requests for help and support.
- Monitoring and liaising with suppliers to ensure effective day‑to‑day delivery of the projects and identifying and escalating any performance issues to the dedicated supplier relationship team.
- Ensuring that any client complaints regarding service delivery are resolved in a timely manner with root‑cause analysis carried out and corrective action/process improvements implemented.
- Providing excellent communication via updates shared with the client and relevant stakeholders.
