Operational Buyer (small molecules)

Proclinical is seeking an Operational Buyer to join the Supply Chain team in Swtzerland, supporting Small Molecules operations. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of supply chain activities by managing supplier performance and executing the Material Requirements Plan (MRP).

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track supplier performance, providing feedback to Strategic Buyers and Category Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Resolve Level 2 vendor escalations, such as delivery delays, MRP-driven changes, pricing discrepancies, and shipping issues.
