Operation Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Operation Program Manager to join our team! Our team leads and manages all critical builds at CMs, relevant activities and challenges throughout the entire product lifecycle to fulfill product development, launch, and production goals and business expectations. We also support and enable strategic CM expansion, develop and facilitate NPI and production processes, and drive continuous improvements.


What you'll be doing:
+ Manage MP verification builds and alternate quals, ensure no road blocker for mass production and implement ECO/DA for ensure the product stay in good health during production, sustaining till EOL.
+ Align with cross function team/Planning/BU on the latest product roadmap, POR and priority, Develop and align schedules and plans for VB. Conduct regular meetings and trackers to enable efficient and effective build management.
