Operation Processor

How you will create an impact:





+ Enter insurance data in internal systems and MS Excel/Access.



+ Conduct email triage and dispatch outbound emails for policy-related documentation.



+ Prepare a variety of operational reports.



+ Ensure timely and consistent adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned processes.



+ Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.







+ 负责把保险数据录入到相关系统



+ 负责分发客户的电子邮件以及通过邮件对外发送保单文件



+ 独立完成各类日常的业务数据报表



+ 确保所负责的流程能够达到相应的SLA（服务水平协议）



+ 高效执行主管交办的其他工作事项
