Key Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling
• Optimize fleet allocation based on container volume, routes, and driver availability.
• Coordinate with customers to understand their delivery requirements and ensure schedules meet their expectations.
• Load and Route Optimization:
• Plan routes to minimize fuel consumption, reduce transit times, and maximize truckload utilization.
• Use TMS (Transportation Management Systems) or route planning software for efficient planning.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, port authorities, and transport companies for smooth operations.
• Monitor and address delays or disruptions in real time.
