Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company's moving and logistics activities Plan job schedules, allocate manpower and coordinate drivers and movers efficiently Handle customer enquiries, site surveys, quotations, booking arrangements and after-sales follow-up Plan delivery routes, optimize manpower and vehicle deployment, and monitor operational costs Supervise team performance, workplace safety practices, service standards and operational discipline Develop and improve operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Oversee fleet scheduling, vehicle maintenance and inventory management of moving equipment and materials Resolve operational issues, on-site emergencies and customer feedback in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements
