What you will be doing

• Manage operation team including scheduling, supervising and overseeing operations
• Coordinate with different departments (florists, dispatch, procurement, etc) internally for all operations matter to achieved desired results.
• Ensure QC on products (Bouqets,hampers,etc) going out
• To improve and manage the operational systems, processes and policies in support of Company's direction specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and planning.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance, sales and cost study to Management.

What you need

• Preferably with 5 years of related experience in operations (E-Commerce, Retail, F&B etc.)
