This is an outstanding opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Operations Manager in Shanghai. You will play a pivotal role in integrating and growing our DG business. You will also ensure flawless EHS and compliance risk management within our DG warehouse operations.

+ Build and manage efficient interfaces and handover processes with each pickup site
+ Develop and deliver practical SOP/WI and training programs for collaborators
+ Lead a team to ensure daily operations, including goods receipt and dispatch, stock transfers, repacking, and inventory management
+ Establish important metrics and scorecards to measure and improve warehouse performance
+ Build a transparent 3PL warehouse cost analysis dashboard
+ Optimize China's warehouse and distribution network
