Operation Manager

Mô tả công việc: Job Descriptions:
• Ensure all operations in factory are smooth and cost-effective 
• Supervise all staff and improve operational management systems 
• Manage materials procurement, production planning, inventory, shipping and warehouse 
• Work cost reduction with Purchasing, Engineering and Shipping teams 
• Set up quality controls and production KPI 
• Examine customs and financial data, manage budgets and forecasts
 
Requirements:
• University graduate, preferably in Manufacturing Management Industrial Engineering for Electronics. 
• At least 20+ year of solid experience in electronics field of on Management level 
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical skills and time management 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Station in Hanoi, travelling is required 
• Fluent written and spoken in English
• Familiar of SAP, ERP and proficient in MS Office
