Job Description

Develop and implement annual plans, break down key performance indicators (KPIs), track achievement and make timely adjustments
Coordinate daily operations management
Analyze operational data (such as cost, efficiency, capacity, etc.), identify process bottlenecks, propose optimization plans and promote implementation, reduce operating costs, and improve overall efficiency
Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration (such as quality, procurement, ES, finance), solve cross-domain problems in the operation process, and ensure efficient use of resources
Establish and improve the operation management system and standard operating procedures (SOP) to promote the standardization and standardization of the operation system
