Operation Executive

Purpose

The Operations Coordinator is to provide local knowledge and expertise to ensure that the principal's requirements are performed with the utmost efficiency in conjunction with the Operations Manager and Boarding officers.

The role is to efficiently support, assist to coordinate and handle in a sustainable and compliant manner dry cargo, wet-gas, break-bulk, cruise, military, ship-managers, and defense companies in the Asia Pacific region. The provision of an efficient service delivery ensures continued sustainable growth within the Marine Agency business.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations coordination, appointments of branch offices / sub-agents, pre-arrival operations planning, operations reporting, all related documentation, and system updates.  To enable this will require working closely in conjunction with the boarding officer.
