Operation Costing Analyst

Job Description :

• Assists the Operations Director/Plant Manager with long-term planning, budget functional expenses & Capital expenditures for the plant and develops quarterly forecasts.
• Analyzes and presents monthly manufacturing financial results (including KPIs) to the plant management team and identifies risks and contingency plans
• Drives insights through monthly variance analysis and identifies opportunities to make optimal use of plant resources
• Fosters and maintains a heritage of Controls through implementation of relevant audit recommendations
• Coordinates approval of local investment projects through analysis and MEA completion,
• Provides cost expertise to plant team members as appropriate
• Works closely with other Finance staff such as the SSC Cost Manager, local and Corporate Tax, local Finance and Commercial Support
• Quarterly reviews IOs (Internal Orders) and leads the annual audit of fixed assets
