Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and file returned Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
- Update delivery status in the system
- Follow up with drivers for PODs,
- Communicate with drivers to resolve delivery-related matters
- Maintain accurate delivery and job records
- Report delivery issues to operations management when required
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer and data entry skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
