Descripción:
Repair damage to plastic and fiberglass boats
Fill, sand, and adjust surfaces to achieve high-quality results
Perform finishing work and quality control
Prepare surfaces for painting and post-treatment
Assist with or perform painting work
Assemble and disassemble parts when needed Experience in fiberglass, composites or auto body repair
Experience with painting, sanding or surface work
Background in marine or technical trades is an advantage
Category B driving license
Ability to work independently and in teams
The Role:
We are looking for a practical and quality-driven fiberglass technician with a strong focus on finishing work. You will play a key role in ensuring that every boat leaves our facility in excellent condition.
