Position Summary/Description:
The Department of Medicine, in collaboration with our Palliative Care & Hospice Program https://www.med.unc.edu/pcare/ at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is seeking a Hospice and Palliative Medicine physician to join our growing team. The faculty physician filling this open rank fixed term position will combine clinical care with expertise in clinical research or quality improvement. This faculty physician will have opportunities to excel and lead in clinical research, including access to relevant resources, mentoring and collaboration. The position can be configured for placement in any sub-specialty divisions within the Department of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, or Department of Emergency Medicine.
