Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, GMP and food safety standards; promote a safety, health and environment culture by following procedures and using personal protective equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, including packaging and mixing machines.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and electronic issues to minimize production downtime.
• Install, test, calibrate machines, conduct routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments and parts replacement to maintain consistent machine performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production, quality and other teams to ensure smooth, efficient and reliable daily operations.
