About the Role
We’re hiring Open Enrollment Specialists to support clients during their annual benefits enrollment season. In this consultative, appointment-based role, you’ll guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish—not a traditional call center environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage 30–50 clients during peak season

+ Lead client consultations and working sessions via Webex

+ Project manage open enrollment from start to finish

+ Provide guidance, best practices, and system support

+ Spend 6–7 hours/day on scheduled client calls

+ Manage your own calendar and client appointments

+ Partner with internal teams for issue resolution
