Open Enrollment Specialist (Benefits)
We’re seeking an experienced Open Enrollment Specialist to support clients during their most critical benefits period—year‑end open enrollment. This is a consultative, client‑facing role where you’ll guide organizations through the full enrollment process from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:

+ Manage a portfolio of clients with January 1 benefit effective dates

+ Project manage open enrollment from kickoff through completion

+ Lead client consultation calls to set expectations, review plan changes, and gather key information

+ Conduct working sessions to guide and educate clients through enrollment steps

+ Support 30–50 clients during peak season

+ Spend 6–7 hours per day on scheduled client calls (Webex/screen sharing)

+ Own your calendar—clients book time directly with you
