No time off allowed during training

Shift: You will need to be
available 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST M-F. Your shift is scheduled within ANY time within that time frame.
Possibility of working 1 Saturday during the contract period (Oct 31st)

Job Description:


+ The CSR demonstrates detailed knowledge of the clients’ plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment to ensure the maximum level of service is provided on every interaction.

+ This position requires critical thinking skills, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to convey ownership.

+ The position requires the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

+ Assist participants in a concierge service model, addressing most inquiries end to end.
