Onsite Support

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist with hands‑on administrative experience in Autodesk software and solid expertise in network security and infrastructure technologies including Meraki, Sophos, Fortinet, VPNs, and Active Directory . The ideal candidate will support end‑users, maintain IT systems, and ensure secure and efficient IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

End‑User Support & System Maintenance

• eProvide Level 1–3 technical suppor t for hardware, software, and network‑related issue
• sInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral device
• sTroubleshoot system performance issues and resolve incidents in a timely manne
