About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Onsite Recruitment Consultant to oversee and manage full workforce operations at our client’s state-of-the-art Automated Distribution Centre in Redbank, QLD.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the right talent is recruited, retained, and performing to the highest standards to support a high-volume, fast-paced supply chain environment.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of onsite workforce operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, performance management, and meeting KPIs in line with client expectations.
