Requirements Required Skills 10+ years of recruitment experience Strong experience in IT/Software/FinTech hiring Expertise in SaaS/Enterprise/B2B IT Sales hiring Understanding of ARR, quota, pipeline, deal size, and revenue targets Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience supporting US and/or Europe markets
Experience working in Product-based IT, SaaS, FinTech, or Banking Technology organizations. Experience working in multinational IT organizations. Exposure to global hiring compliance standards. Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking for US and European markets.
