Onsite Medical Representative (Tijuana)

The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the site's medical representative in the Fulfillment Center.
They will provide first aid treatment to injured employees, proactively analyze tasks for potential safety issues, and participate in and implement the site wellness program.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide triage, first aid and/or referral to outside medical provider, if indicatedMaintain all records of treatment given to associatesMaintain first-aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used in the care of associatesTrain managers and associatesProvide daily activity logs to leadership teamProvide analysis of all incidents on a monthly basisFrequently attend and speak at stand-up meetingsRotate shifts (non‐remote position)A Day in the LifeYou will report to the WHS Manager and support an assigned site as medical representative.
