Job Overview

We are looking for an Onsite Engineer – Level 2 to join our client’s IT team, providing hands‑on support to their user community. This role will act as a key point of contact for IT tickets, requests and issues, ensuring a high level of service delivery while representing the IT function onsite.

You will work closely with the IT Operations Manager and wider IT team, contributing to both day‑to‑day support and project‑based initiatives.
