- Installed and maintainedDVR/NVR surveillance systems.
- Improved surveillance uptime and monitoring efficiency
- Managed cable routing and camera optimization across commercial sites
- Handle user request for network installation or maintenance
- Troubleshoot general user incidents report and service request
- Manage ticket Request & resolved incident ticket with tight SLA.
