Optimi has an opportunity available for a motivated individual to join the team as an online tutor. The ideal candidate should be a good role model for students and aim to inspire and reinforce study skills.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor in Computer Science/ Information Technology Experience in tutoring at the university Online presentation English: fluent (written and verbal). An above-average mark for qualification Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, or Whats App DUTIES Assisting students in understanding difficult modules and concepts. Assessing and improving students’ current learning processes. Reviewing past papers and assignments and answering questions students may have on the topic. Supporting students throughout their academic year. Developing lesson plans. Identifying students’ specific needs during sessions. Tracking student progress. Providing Tuta-Me feedback on all sessions.The position is hybrid.
