Job Summary: The Nurse Manager plays a key leadership role within the nursing and clinical teams, overseeing daily clinical and operational functions to ensure seamless patient care across the care continuum. This role demands a dynamic leader capable of managing both clinical excellence and operational performance, all while ensuring that patient care remains the top priority. You will lead staff, drive clinical practice development, and manage patient care delivery, while being accountable for team performance, quality, safety, compliance, financials, throughput, and operational efficiency.
