• Job Setting: Hospital, Infusion Center, Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Medical oncology and infusion coverage, malignant hematology required
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

• Board Certified Hematology & Oncology
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Licensure: Active Minnesota license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
