Oncology - Medical Oncology Physician

Position: Medical Director - Oncology Developmental TherapeuticsLocated: Charlotte, NCBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible in Medical Oncology and HematologyOverview:•Reports to the local Oncology market leader.•Role split approximately 50% clinical / 50% administrative.•Supports system-wide growth of the Developmental Therapeutics Program.•Ideal candidate will have early-phase developmental therapeutics training, regulatory experience, translational and investigator-initiated research experience, and preferably pharmaceutical industry exposure.Key Responsibilities:•Provide medical direction and oversight of early-phase clinical trials (as PI or supporting PI colleagues).•Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for early-phase trials across all solid tumor populations.•Lead the Developmental Therapeutics working group and support trial prioritization.•Recruit, hire, and mentor developmental therapeutics faculty.•Facilitate...
